Yirong Chen received his PhD in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Stanford University, advised by Prof. Michael Lepech. He is currently at the Shanghai AI Lab. His research spans intelligent transportation (multi-agent reinforcement learning for traffic signal control, traffic flow prediction, map matching) and large foundation models (multimodal knowledge graphs, AI agents, retrieval-augmented generation, and computational pathology foundation models).
